Qilu Petrochemical is a core integrated refining and petrochemical enterprise under China Petrochemical. Founded in Zibo, Shandong in 1966, it has developed into the largest high-sulfur and high-acid crude oil processing base in China, one of the largest synthetic rubber bases, the only dry-process acrylic fiber base, and the only chlor-alkali production enterprise of Sinopec, serving as the core pillar of Shandong's petrochemical industry.
